This research is descriptive quantitative, and explanatory research. The independent variables of this study are the Compensation Variable (X1) Work Motivation (X2), Bound Intention to Stay (Y). At same time, Mediation Job Satisfaction (Z1) Organizational Commitment (Z2). results indicate that (1) variable has a positive significant effect on Stay, (2) (3) (4 ) (5) Commitment, (6) (7) , (8) Satisfaction, (9) (10) Variable, (11) through (12) p (13) (14) Satisfaction.
